With our 3 pressure washers we can clean up to a 96” wide area in one pass. Prices run from $.05 per
foot up to $.07 - $.08 per foot depending on the area being cleaned. Gum removal and oil treatment is additional.

Buildings run anywhere from $.11 to $.18 per foot depending on the surface.

Absolutely! Almost anyone can be a “pressure washing company.” All you have to do is go down to your big box store and spend $500 or less on a pressure washing machine, get a few hoses and nozzles and you‘re in business.

The difference with Quality Pressure Washing of Houston is our experience, knowledge and commitment to quality.

We have 3 pressure washers (an 8 gallon per minute and 2 -12 gallon per minute units) two 30” surface cleaners and two 48” surface cleaners. We also have a 12-gallon soap tank, 125-gallon chemical tank, 500-gallon water tank and completely unique soft wash system that runs off a 18 CFM air compressor and a 1" air pump.

We also have nearly 400 feet of standard-pressure hose; 400 to 600 feet of high-pressure hose for the pressure washers, 6 wands and more nozzles than I can count.

In addition to our pressure washing equipment, we have a completely separate soft wash system on the trailer. This is used mainly for walls and building exteriors. We have an air pump that is only 90 psi or less but can reach over 3 stories and generate up to 17 gpm. It is powered by an 18-cfm air compressor with a 30-gallon reserve tank. We have a custom built “proportioner” so that with the twist of a dial we can customize the concentration of cleaning solution to the precise blend or mixture needed to clean the particular surface.

In addition to that we carry degreasers, graffiti removal products, rust removal products and several specialty products along with various scrub bushes for stubborn grease spots or stains.

Yes! We clean composite, tile and rubber roofs. We do not clean metal roofs.

The marks you are talking about come from using a wand to clean the concrete or pushing a surface cleaner too fast. We use state of the art 30” and 48" surface cleaners to clean the concrete and then rinse it with a spray tip on a wand. You will never see those marks when we finish cleaning.
